Developers have successfully seized the opportunity to cater to the growing number of families with young children in New York. Gotham Organization embraced the demand in its Midtown West luxury rentals, Gotham West. Not only are the two- and three-bedroom unit options “perfect for growing families,” but the building “boasts a variety of family-friendly amenities” including a children’s playroom with books, games, and Apple computers; a rooftop movie screening area dedicated to children’s movies during the summer; and a complimentary breakfast “offered daily in the amenity space’s demo kitchen.”
